I have over 20 years experience as a Producer, Art Director and Creative Consultant for television, educational games and short content. TV credits include Curious George, Between the Lions, Blues Room, Time Warp Trio, Law & Order and Frontline.
Fenway Sports Group asked me to help develop Wally the Green Monster into an animated promo and later into a 30-minute animated special. I facilitated a collaboration between the Red Sox and Soup2Nuts, Hero4Hire and Take the Cake Productions. The 30-minute special “Wally’s Opening Day” airs annually on NESN and won a 2017 Emmy award.
Fenway Sports Group also hired me to create a mascot for the Liverpool Football Club with the goal of making the club more family friendly. After an initial design exploration we developed a CGI model of the character before creating the costume. Now Mighty Red now has a bible, brand guidlines, a website, social media presence and travels with the team domestically and internationally, engaging fans and kids in the community.
My original class “Mystery Materials” combines art making skills with executive functioning and a whole lot of fun!
